Terms-Conditions

1. Provision of Purchased Service:

We will make the services available to you pursuant to this terms and conditions agreement and the applicable order form. Upon commercially reasonable efforts, services will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for planned downtime (of which we shall give at least 24-hour notice) and any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature, government acts, internet failure, or denial of service attacks. We shall be responsible for our personnel’s compliance with this agreement.

2. Acceptable Use:

In your subscription use, you shall not transfer any licensed software, resell, rent, or lease services to any unauthorized user or use the service for illegal purposes. You shall not upload or transmit viruses, worms, or malicious code. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the service.

3. Technical Support:

We will provide reasonable standard technical support for the services at no additional charge. The support is provided through Email and phone. Please allow 24–48 business hours for resolution. Working hours are Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM IST), excluding holidays.

4. Subscription Term:

The initial subscription term begins on the date specified through the App. Unless not terminated on time, the plan renews automatically for subsequent terms. Renewal fees will be charged as per the then-current pricing structure.

5. Subscription Term Renewal:

You may renew or upgrade your subscription at the end of your current term to continue the subscription for additional terms. We will allow a 7-day grace period after the effective end date for renewal. If you do not renew during this period, access to the services will be suspended until payment is received.

6. Re-activation of Package:

If the subscription is not renewed within 7 days after expiration, TravoCRM reserves the right to disable your account and restrict system access. To re-activate your account, you must renew the package and clear all pending dues. Data recovery may not be guaranteed after 7 days of non-renewal.

7. Ownership & Collection of Data:

All user data and information collected during the use of the TravoCRM platform remain your sole property. TravoCRM will never share, sell, or rent your data to any third party, except as required by law. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials securely.

8. Your Data Portability and Deletion:

Upon written request made within 30 days after the effective date of termination or expiration of this agreement, we will make your data available to you for export or download. After 30 days, we will have no obligation to maintain or provide your data and may delete all copies in our systems unless legally prohibited.

9. TravoCRM License and Credits:

Client hereby grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use our platform and services. The license does not grant ownership rights to the client. Unlicensed product redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale is strictly prohibited.
